Delivery of goods is paid by the sender.
To return the goods it is also necessary to have an identity document (passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation/foreign passport, temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation).
In case of return of the goods of proper quality, VooDoo will refund its cost not later than in 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods and your written statement, however within the specified period we have the right to carry out examination of the goods in order to determine its quality and safety of consumer properties. The timing of the crediting of funds to the recipient’s current account depends on the internal regulations of the receiving bank.
If the returned goods have been prepaid, the refund will be made to the card from which the goods were prepared.
If the order is paid by card upon receipt, the full details of the bank card may be requested to process the refund.
